    Please stay away from the credit card it's not a card you need to help you boost credit. I had the card made the payment on time and miss a payment then they closed my account. I had to file bankruptcy because my ID theft became too much: my credit score dropped to I applied for this card. The walked me through another way to do it and stayed on the phone to help even though I said I could call them back. My payment came out on time in a timely manner as I pay early.

    The card has worked everywhere, and they have been nothing but polite and supportive. I am not sure why the nasty reviews. They have a very small monthly fee: mine currently is one dollar. I am grateful for it because it will help my rotating credit to build my score back up. Thanks to them my score went up 80 points in one day. In a perfect world where nothing ever goes wrong or Credit One Bank personnel or systems makes no mistakes, this Credit One card would be just fine otherwise, if you ever have to call them for support you better get ready for their offshore support group somewhere in south Asia to give you answers that have nothing to do with your issue and exhaust you until you're fed up and ask for a supervisor.
